RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED
In the unfortunate event of your order not arriving within the timeframe specified for the delivery option you have selected please contact our customer service team by email at contact@rainfordcollections.com quoting your order reference number.
RETURNS /CANCELLATIONS
By Law, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase of an item withing sever working days of the date an item is delivered. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but should you wish to cancel your purchase please do not open the package and email contact@rainfordcollections.com quoting your reference number, stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order within seven of the working days cooling off period.
We will forward details of where your unopened parcel should be returned to, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. On receipt of the goods, we will process a refund via the original method of payment used. You will be responsible for the return postage cost. You will be responsible for loss in value if any item isn’t returned in the original condition.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the product showcasing the issue and contact our customer service team at contact@rainfordcollections.com quoting your order reference number. Our team will advise where the product(s) in question should be returned.
Please use the original packaging the product was sent in. On receipt and examination of the faulty, damage or incorrect product we will either forward a replacement using the original method of delivery selected or process a refund according to your wishes. You will be responsibility for the cost of return the item(s) and if we find them to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, at which time a refund of postage will be processed.
REFUNDS
Refunds for faulty, damaged or incorrect products will be made via the original method of payment used. We will notify you by email when the returned has been processed, please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account. If the funds do not show after 14 days, please contact your bank in the first instance, In the unlikely event they are unable to assist please send details to contact@rainfordcollections.com so we can fully investigate.
